Exchange & Cancellation


  • We do not offer exchange policy. If the product doesn’t meet your satisfaction, you can initiate a return request and proceed to place a new order.


  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If you are unable to contact us by any provided means for cancellation, you can politely refuse the delivery partner when they arrive to deliver the product and inform us via email:
  • We do not cancel the orders that are already shipped for delivery. In such cases, you can either refuse to collect the product from our delivery partner or you may request a return if you have already paid for and received the item. The refund amount will be deposited in your bank account within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
