Exchange & Cancellation

EXCHANGES

We prioritize to manufacture and design products of best quality and fit.

However, if in case the product doesn’t fit your size, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.

All you need to do is to initiate an exchange request through our website with the appropriate required details within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Exchange eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should be in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging. 

Steps to initiate Exchange process through website:

  • Go to Return/Exchange Tab (https://trueshapestore.in/apps/ezy/returns) available at the bottom of the website page.
  • Enter your Order Number and Email ID/Contact Number. Click on ‘Request’ to go to next page.
  • Choose the products that you wish to exchange along with the required new size and complete the process.
  • Our team will review your exchange request within 24-48 hours and will share further details with you through email or call. Alternatively, you can contact us through E-mail at info@trueshapestore.in or WhatsApp at 9004355407 with your Order ID.
  • The team will arrange the reverse pickup on your shipping address mentioned in the order details. Handover the package to the assigned pickup agent and make sure to make a video while handing over the parcel.
  • The requested size will be dispatched to you, once we receive the previous shipment which is returned for exchange.
  • In case, the requested size is unavailable, we will share ‘TSM Credits’ with you.

 CANCELLATIONS

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, you can cancel it from ‘’my account’’ section.

If you cancel your pre-paid order before it is shipped, then we will refund the full amount through same mode of payment.

In case of COD (cash on delivery) orders, you’ll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp with ‘Confirm Order’ & ‘Cancel Order’. You can click on ‘cancel order’.

No request for cancellation will be entertained after the product(s) are already shipped for delivery.

If you are unable to contact us by any provided means for cancellation, you can politely refuse the delivery partner when they arrive to deliver the product and inform us via email: info@trueshapestore.in.

We do not cancel the orders that are already shipped for delivery. In such cases, you can either refuse to collect the product from our delivery partner or you may request a return if you have already paid for and received the item.

The refund amount will be deposited in your bank account within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
