Delivery Timeline & Priority Orders:
We strive to deliver your orders as promptly as possible:
- **Metro Cities**: 3 to 5 business days
- **Non-Metro Areas**: 5 to 7 business days
We understand you may have special events like maternity shoots, baby showers, or travel plans that require timely delivery. For such occasions, we offer priority delivery services. Charges for priority delivery vary based on location. If you need priority delivery, please contact us at info@trueshapestore.in, and we will assist you.

Please note that we do not deliver on national holidays, bank holidays, or state-specific holidays. In such cases, deliveries will be made on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- **Free Delivery**: Available on all orders above Rs. 699 across India.
- **Cash-on-Delivery Charges**: A flat fee of Rs. 40 is applicable for cash-on-delivery orders.
Important Note
If the outer packaging is tampered with, ripped, pressed, or otherwise damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Please write your comments on the proof of delivery (POD) slip presented by the delivery executive.
