Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Steps to initiate Return process through website:
- Go to Return/Exchange Tab (https://trueshapestore.in/apps/ezy/returns) available at the bottom of the website page.
- Enter your Order Number and Email ID/Contact Number. Click on ‘Request’ to go to next page.
- Choose the products that you wish to return & attach an image of the product received and complete the process.
- Our team will review your return request within 24-48 hours and will share further details with you through email or call.
- The team will arrange the reverse pickup on your shipping address mentioned in the order details. Handover the package to the assigned pickup agent and make sure to make a video while handing over the parcel.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at 9004355407 so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- E-gift cards
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Lingerie items
- Sale items or gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
